Whistleblowing Channel: Safeguarding Integrity and Transparency

The Whistleblowing Channel is a secure and confidential tool available to employees, suppliers, customers and any individual connected to the organisation. Its purpose is to facilitate the reporting of potential irregularities, regulatory breaches, conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics, or any situation that may jeopardise the integrity of the company or the people within it.

This channel ensures, at all times, the protection and anonymity of those who submit a report, in full compliance with applicable regulations and in line with our firm commitment to fostering a responsible, transparent and retaliation-free working environment.

Through this mechanism, we strengthen our ethical culture and encourage concerns to be raised freely, securely and accessibly, enabling the organisation to respond with diligence and rigour to any warning signs.
